Our Triple-Pass Drum Drying System utilizes high-capacity thermal energy to uniformly reduce the moisture content of wood fibers. To ensure environmental responsibility, the process is equipped with High-Efficiency Cyclone Dust Collectors. This multi-stage centrifugal system captures fine particulates with 99% efficiency, ensuring clean air emissions while recycling wood dust as green thermal energy.

2. Precision Particle Screening Section

   Multi-Stage Particle Sieve Quality is filtered at the source. Our high-frequency Particle Sieve system meticulously grades wood chips and fibers into specific sizes. By separating surface-layer fines from core-layer particles, we ensure that every board has a high-density, smooth surface and a structurally sound core. This precision screening is what gives Xingang boards their superior screw-holding power and flawless lamination finish.

3. Intelligent Gluing & Blending System

   High-Precision Automated Dosing This is where the magic of "Biomimetic Science" happens. Our Automated Gluing System features high-precision flow meters and dosing pumps that ensure the perfect ratio of fibers to adhesive. This section is specifically optimized for our patented Biomimetic Formaldehyde-Free Adhesive, allowing for a consistent, high-strength bond that reaches the global ENF health standard without compromising on structural integrity.

4. Airflow Mat-Forming Station

   High-Precision Airflow Forming Machine To achieve perfect board density, we utilize advanced Airflow Mat-Forming technology. By using controlled air currents to distribute fibers, the system ensures that the finest particles are concentrated on the board’s surface while the stronger fibers form the core. This results in a symmetrical, multi-layered mat that prevents warping and provides an ultra-flat substrate for high-end decorative finishes.

5. The Heart of Production: Continuous Flat Press

   Ultra-High-Speed Continuous Pressing Technology Our factory is centered around the world-renowned Continuous Flat Press. Unlike traditional multi-opening presses, this continuous system applies constant, synchronized heat and pressure to the moving mat.    Automatic Board Flipping Machine (Cooling Star) After pressing, boards enter the Automatic Flipping Machine, also known as the "Cooling Star." This massive, rotating system allows the boards to cool uniformly from both sides, releasing internal stress and preventing any potential bowing. This step is critical for ensuring the long-term dimensional stability of the boards in various global climates.

7. The Central Brain: Main Control Room (MCR)

   Centralized PLC & Real-Time Monitoring The entire production line is orchestrated from our Main Control Room. Equipped with advanced Siemens PLC systems and real-time sensor monitoring, our engineers oversee every variable—from temperature and pressure to moisture and density. 8. Smart Logistics: Automatic Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS)
