For industrial transformation, its 300,000 CBM/year high-performance solid particleboard project was fully put into operation in 2019. Equipped with full imported Dieffenbacher (Germany) equipment and technologies, it is China’s third and Shandong’s first Dieffenbacher continuous press production line adopting cutting-edge technologies of air-form forming, continuous flat pressing, roller drying and online gluing. Featured with eco-friendliness and high technical specifications, the product fills the domestic supply gap of high-end homogeneous particleboard.

In October 2021, the first board of its demonstration project for functional ultra-thin fiberboard and innovative formwork system rolled off the production line and is ready for full-scale production. The workshop is installed with top-tier Yalian machinery plus imported Andritz (EU) refiners, enabling continuous ultra-thin, high-speed and stable production to consolidate the company’s dominant position in the high-end board market.
