Xingang Plywood is a high-grade engineered wood panel developed and produced by Shandong Xingang Group, well-known for its revolutionary biomimetic adhesive technology and ultra-stable hardwood structure. Different from ordinary commercial plywood, Xingang plywood adopts an exclusive mussel-inspired biomimetic glue, achieving the HENF ultra-zero formaldehyde emission standard, which is far superior to conventional E0, ENF, and CARB P2 grades. Free of formaldehyde, benzene, and harmful VOCs, it passes UL GREENGUARD Gold, CDPH, and NAF certifications, fully meeting global high-standard indoor environmental requirements.

• Lightweight & High Load-Bearing: Density ranges 650–800 kg/m³. Optimized layered particle paving delivers exceptional bending resistance and internal bonding strength — lighter than ordinary particleboard while supporting oversized cabinetry, tall door panels, and sliding door structures without sagging.
• Super Anti-Deformation Structure: Produced on a Germany Dieffenbacher continuous hot-press line with even density distribution across the whole board, effectively resisting warping, swelling, and cracking under long-term temperature and humidity changes. Ideal for large-size decorative projects.
• Excellent Machinability & Edge Retention: Clean cutting, smooth drilling, stable edge sealing without chipping or delamination. Compatible with veneer lamination, melamine facing, paint coating, and embossed decorative finishes.
• Moderate Moisture Resistance: Processed with washed pure pine/poplar hardwood particles, stable dimensional change rate, suitable for dry and mildly humid indoor environments.

The panel surface undergoes double-sided precise sanding to achieve an ultra-flat smooth substrate, supporting diversified decorative surface treatments: melamine impregnated paper, natural wood veneer, PET film, paint finish, and custom embossed textures. Multiple wood grain, solid color, and creative decorative patterns are available, delivering consistent, scratch-resistant, and wear-resistant decorative surfaces with clear texture retention after long-term use.

• Raw materials: Imported New Zealand radiata pine, poplar, and mixed hardwood, fully washed to remove bark impurities for uniform particle texture.
