XINGANG BIOMIMETIC ADHESIVE
Xingang Biomimetic Adhesive 0 formaldehyde, 0 benzene, and 0 harmful substance, has been successfully applied on a large scale in Xingang Biomimetic F-LSB, and Xingang Biomimetic ultra-thin MDF. The Xingang board meet the national standards in the physical & chemical properties, and environmentally-friendly.
Xingang Plywood is a high-grade engineered wood panel developed and produced by Shandong Xingang Group, well-known for its revolutionary biomimetic adhesive technology and ultra-stable hardwood structure. Different from ordinary commercial plywood, Xingang plywood adopts exclusive mussel-inspired biomimetic glue, achieving HENF ultra-zero formaldehyde emission standard, which is far superior to conventional E0, ENF and CARB P2 grades. Free of formaldehyde, benzene and harmful VOCs, it passes UL GREENGUARD Gold, CDPH and NAF certifications, fully meeting global high-standard indoor environmental requirements.
Raw Material
XINGANG Biomimetic Refined Panel is manufactured from pine sourced from the volcanic highlands of New Zealand. The volcanic soil and cool growing conditions produce wood with a relatively uniform density and stable fiber structure.
The core layer is composed of narrow, flat, long, and thin wood flakes. This arrangement improves internal bonding strength and dimensional stability, helping to reduce the risk of warping or expansion in changing indoor environments. The surface layers are made from fine wood particles or fiber, which create a smooth and consistent substrate for decorative lamination. The result is a panel that supports precise color rendering and a clean finished surface.
Manufacturing Process
The panels are produced on Shandong Province's first DIEFFENBACHER line. The manufacturing facility covers 230 mu, with a total investment of RMB 660 million and an annual production capacity of 300,000 m².
The automated continuous lamination line uses a high-precision hot-pressing system and automatic conveying equipment. Temperature, pressure, and time are precisely set and dynamically regulated throughout the pressing process. This level of control ensures that every finished XIN GANG Biomimetic Refined Panel meets strict appearance and environmental grade standards. The continuous process also reduces variation between batches, giving designers and fabricators greater confidence in color and surface consistency.
