Xingang Biomimetic Adhesive 0 formaldehyde,0 benzenen,and 0 harmful substance, has been successfully applied on a large scale in Xingang Biomimetic F-LSB, and Xingang Biomimetic ultra-thin MDF. The Xingang board meet the national standards in thephysical & chemical properties ,and environmentally-friendly.

Xingang Plywood is a high-grade engineered wood panel developed and produced by Shandong Xingang Group, well-known for its revolutionary biomimetic adhesive technology and ultra-stable hardwood structure. Different from ordinary commercial plywood, Xingang plywood adopts exclusive mussel-inspired biomimetic glue, achieving HENF ultra-zero formaldehyde emission standard, which is far superior to conventional E0, ENF and CARB P2 grades. Free of formaldehyde, benzene and harmful VOCs, it passes UL GREENGUARD Gold, CDPH and NAF certifications, fully meeting global high-standard indoor environmental requirements.

    3. Manufactured with precision cross-laminated eucalyptus or birch veneers, each layer is arranged in perpendicular grain direction to balance internal stress, effectively preventing warping, cracking and deformation. With stable moisture content of 8%–12% and uniform density of 680–720kg/m³, the board delivers excellent flatness, high structural strength and outstanding screw holding capacity. Treated with double-sided fine sanding, the surface is smooth, burr-free and perfectly suitable for melamine lamination, PET finishing, veneer overlay and further deep processing.
