Xingang Biomimetic Adhesive 0 formaldehyde,0 benzenen,and 0 harmful substance, has been successfully applied on a large scale in Xingang Biomimetic F-LSB, and Xingang Biomimetic ultra-thin MDF. The Xingang board meet the national standards in the physical & chemical properties ,and environmentally-friendly. 

Developed for global high-end green building and customized furniture industries, Xingang HENF zero-formaldehyde marine plywood adopts innovative bionic bonding technology to replace traditional formaldehyde-containing adhesive materials. The core structure is made of carefully selected high-quality solid wood veneers, processed through precision rotary cutting, constant temperature drying and multi-layer symmetrical pressing craftsmanship. Strict raw material screening controls the wood moisture content within the optimal range, ensuring the finished board features ultra-flat surface, uniform internal density and no hollow gaps. This eco-friendly plywood achieves extremely low VOC emission, fully meeting UL Gold, CDPH, CARB and CE international environmental standards, making it suitable for long-term use in fully enclosed indoor spaces. Professional SGS testing confirms excellent antibacterial and anti-mold performance, effectively inhibiting microbial reproduction and mildew accumulation caused by indoor humidity fluctuations. Different from ordinary plywood with unstable bonding strength, the HENF bionic glue forms a tight molecular structure, resisting daily moisture erosion and temperature difference changes without delamination, bubbling or warping deformation. It retains excellent waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties, adapting to various conventional and slightly humid application environments.
