XINGANG Bionic Premium Board

XINGANG Bionic Premium Board is a full range of finished veneered boards developed by Shandong Xingang Group, with core bionic formaldehyde-free adhesive technology jointly developed by an academician R&D team. It is widely used for whole-house custom furniture, wall-door-cabinet integrated solutions, wardrobe, cabinet, and interior decoration.

The bionic adhesive simulates the mussel adhesion mechanism. It is formaldehyde-free & benzene-free added from the source of glue, effectively reducing harmful volatile substances. Its formaldehyde emission remains stable even under high-temperature heating conditions such as floor heating.

• Bionic F-LSB: Improved oriented structural board. Excellent flatness and screw holding capacity, ideal for large-size panels for full-height cabinet doors.
• Bionic PB (Particle Board): Cost-effective particle board for cabinet carcass, mainstream option for wardrobes.
• Bionic Multilayer Board: Full eucalyptus multi-layer substrate, superior moisture resistance and structural stability.
• Bionic Marine Board: Salt-spray resistant & waterproof. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and coastal high-humidity environments.
• Bionic Ultra-thin Fiberboard: Minimum thickness 0.8 mm, available for veneer wrapping, 3D printing and balancing layer.

• HENF Heating Grade: Tested at 30℃ high temperature; formaldehyde emission ≤0.025 mg/m³. Premium maternity & infant grade available (≤0.020 mg/m³).
• International accreditations: GREENGUARD Gold, WELL, CDPH, Child Safety Grade. Antibacterial and anti-virus performance. Rooms can be occupied immediately after installation.
• Surface features: Fingerprint-resistant, oil-proof, scratch-resistant, lightfast with diverse finishes: soft-touch matte, synchronised grain textures.
• Physical properties: Low warpage & deformation, low edge chipping during cutting, less tool wear, good machinability for custom furniture factories.
